Chris Sutton

My mum has too, bet you didn't know that either
No I didn't Micky. I just found it fascinating as Sutton comes across as a bit of a bellend but here was a different side to him and he's right I wonder how many ex footballers have got dementia because of heading the ball.

Trouble with me mam is she couldn't stop replicating Andy Lochhead's winner at Anfield in 1969, just goes to show you, she got a right hammering in the Benn fight too.

Don't like him generally but having watched my Dad succumb to football-related dementia I appreciate his bringing it to the fore.

I wonder how many non ex-footballers got dementia, without heading a ball too. I know my dad did.

Football might bring it on a bit earlier, but it often strikes anyone from the mid-40s onwards, I think.
