The electoral college do. And have.
So, in the video the guy claimed that the governor had confirmed Biden and not the legislators, which I think is incorrect because I actually watched some of the electors vote last night, not on msm but on live streams, direct from the legislators around the country.
Why the guy in the video is lying I've no idea, but he is.
Congress officially collate the votes from last night on the 6th January and announce the winner.
The electors all voted in line with the certified election results, Biden won.
I'm not sure he's got this quite right.

you've not explained anything, and just repeating the same claim about fraud doesn't make it real.
believe me, i have looked this a lot and so far zero evidence for election fraud has be shown, you can choose to not believe this or not.
If as you say overwhelming evidence comes out over the next few weeks then great we are getting somewhere.
I'll ask again, can you point to something that backs up your assertion that fraud took place in this election?

This isn't new news. The Constitution does allow the State Legislature to ignore the popular vote and the Electoral College. This has been under discussion since Trump lost the Election. It is the reason why he has been issuing lawsuits, to try to slow down the process of certification.
But the scenario only exists in the minds of Trump's most loyal followers. The State Legislature leaders in all of the "swing states", have already stated that they have no role in the election this year.
The Electoral Count Act of 1887, allows the legislators to step in, but only in the event of a "failed election". One in which the people haven't chosen a President. The deadline for such a scenario this year, was December 8th. Now that the Electoral College votes have been certified, to go down the route of an uncertified declaration would constitute a coup and end United States democracy. It would be an act of treason.

In January 2021. Pence will declare Biden the winner.

Though I remain totally convinced that massive voter fraud stole the election for the Democrats it appears that their control over the procedural system is such that the truth no longer matters.
Trumps only real option at this point is to involve the military, which I do not think he will do, the Democrats will take control of the White House and, most probably, the House of Representatives too. It will mark the beginning of a left wing government under the control of globalist interests, the only thing left to resolve is what, if anything, the American people do about it.
