Needs a pace injectionGet that stick fucker off !!!
And some more bulk. If fat arsed players like Shaw, and Baines could get up and down with relative ease and not be knocked off the ball, then Thomas should be able to..Needs a pace injection
Absolute spot on. If we just had another couple of players with his heart & will to win his personal duels we’d be much better as a team.First game back following a hamstring injury after pocketing Salah, the majority of fans considered he was one of the better players yet a few still think he’s not up to it.
This is what is great about football and peoples differing views. For what it’s worth in my opinion (bias of course) it wasn’t his best game but how he has his own thread to be taken off after the absolute shower of shit that some of the senior players put in I will never know.
Once Justin is match fit Thomas will get a well earnt rest. And this thread is exactly why I call bollocks to the "we will always get behind and support our own" nonsense you hear.
One average game when he was probably rushed back too soon and people already calling for him to be outed.
So where would Choudhury go then unless you're still going three at the back and still having Thomas and Albrighton as wing backsJust to clarify, my original post was "why are you taking Thomas off as he is doing a decent job, instead of that useless stick man fucker.
Sorry for any confusion.
PS, Take old Sticky off, JJ in alongside Soysauce, Thomas remains at full back, much tighter.

Well we played three at the back so I'm assuming if you put JJ in your going with a back three of Soyunco, Choudhury and JJWhat you on about ?????????
I'd prefer that we took no chances with JJ until we know he's back at his best, leave him on the left unless he tells BR that he's happy to play CB.Fair point Hackney, but I feel in this case it would have best served the team for JJ to stand alongside Soy and just boot/head the fucker away, a simple task that stickman seems unable to carry out to any degree of success !!!
That would then leave Thomas to run up and down the line.
That’s not our defence. No way Vestergaard moves that quickly.New video emerges of our defending from a different angle.
He's looked good when he's played CB, just don't want him overstretching to make up for another Soyuncu mistake.I think with Evans coming to the end of his career and with Vestergaard hopefully off to the knackers yard to be used for glue, I think JJ would make a great CB especially in a 3. He’s strong, good with both feet and can pass. Why not?
He's been excellent when he's played that position. Personally when everyone is fit I'll go for a back three of Amartey, Fofana and JJ.I think with Evans coming to the end of his career and with Vestergaard hopefully off to the knackers yard to be used for glue, I think JJ would make a great CB especially in a 3. He's not been bad for utter dogshit....Amartey has been one of our best CBs this season but I'm not sure he's top 6 PL standard.
